Was the "interference with the child actor" justified? It resulted in detention. What do you think?

News reports say that a fan who didn't give his jersey to a young boy at the Gençlerbirliği-Fenerbahçe match has been taken into custody. It seems the excitement of the match isn't the same everywhere, huh? How do you view this incident? Do fans have a responsibility towards the children they bring to the match, or does this only apply to the match organizers? I think stadium culture in our country needs to develop a bit more; we should stand up for proper places both for safety and for the health of children.

Last year, I took my 10‑year‑old cousin to a Super Lig match. Through the gap behind the seat, we could see the player's jersey in his hand, almost right up to the kid’s nose. I couldn’t stay silent, so I called security. The guy kept saying, “I took the national jersey off my donkey,” and tried to continue watching the game, but the situation escalated. Security wouldn’t let the kid take a selfie with the jersey. After the match, the child was crying, saying, “The jersey is everywhere.” I replied, “It shouldn’t be in the stadium either.” At least we dealt with the immediate danger, but I have no idea what that kid is thinking now.
