We had a very similar situation with a pivot who transferred mid‑season from Merkezefendi. He didn’t make an impact in the first few games either, but later became the defensive backbone of the team. It might take Fabinho some time to get used to the weather in Trabzon, but if we can dominate the midfield with him, we’ll have taken a serious step toward the championship.
