Guys, TRT Spor Yıldız's broadcast schedule for August 22, 2026 was released yesterday. I heard that the new season has started, and besides basketball and football broadcasts, there will also be various series and programs. I'm curious about which broadcasts you watch on TRT Spor Yıldız, especially how the basketball matches are for those who love the sport. As someone who plays basketball at a basic level, what do you think of TRT Spor Yıldız's broadcasts? If you could also share the frequencies and channel numbers you know, that would be great, but don't go overboard so it doesn't look like an ad 😅 What are your thoughts on this?

I checked the broadcast schedule last night, and it looks like TRT Spor Yıldız is going to put a bit more focus on basketball this new season. Since I train 2-3 days a week myself, I actually follow the game broadcasts. Last year they aired a few EuroLeague matches, but the ad breaks were stretched out way too long, which was really annoying. I'm hoping they'll have better scheduling this season.
Speaking of frequency: TRT Spor Yıldız usually broadcasts in 1080p quality, and you can watch it via TURKSAT 4A at 11977 H 27500 or HOTBIRD 13C at 12188 H 27500. But for basketball, the most important thing is the broadcast duration and commentator quality. As someone who plays casually, when I follow the games I'm expecting broadcasts where I can dig into the technical details. If they're airing EuroLeague or domestic league matches, I definitely want to watch those live.
