Friends, there were 2 good and 3 bad developments in the UEFA country coefficient rankings announced yesterday: 🔹 **Good news:** - Some countries have risen in the rankings (let's see who made it!) 🔹 **Bad news:** - There are also countries that are said to have dropped - Turkey’s points and ranking have been finalized, but what’s the current situation? Do you think this ranking will affect our participation in the Champions League and Europa League? **Can Turkey qualify for the Champions League playoffs?** Let’s hear your thoughts! ⚽🔥 #EuropeanRankings #ChampionsLeague #TurkishFootball #UEFA

Last season, when four of our teams competed in the Europa League and Galatasaray made it to the top four, we saw a significant rise in Turkey's coefficient. I remember coming to the forum last year frustrated after our team lost in the playoffs and couldn't qualify for the Champions League, but with the new algorithm in place, I noticed a 3% increase in Turkey's coefficient. In my opinion, the biggest reason for this rise is the consistent improvement in the performance of our domestic teams in European competitions over the past few years. Just to remind everyone, Turkey needs to be at least 8th place to qualify for the Champions League playoffs. Thanks to this 3% increase, we're now in 11th place, so I think the dream of making it to the playoffs is becoming more realistic. Of course, we're not at the level where we can shake up Europe with just a handful of teams, but if this upward trend continues, we can look forward to future seasons with hope. Lately, I feel like the morale I get from watching my team, Galatasaray, is reflecting on the entire country's coefficient.
