Wow, so we all watched Samsun absolutely explode in the Black Sea derby last night, bro! 😮 Honestly, this result wasn’t a surprise at all. Rizespor has been struggling even at home lately, with serious inconsistency in both attack and defense. Their error rate in midfield was on full display yesterday—every time they lost the ball, the Rize team panicked, and they basically got skinned twice.
I think the real strength of Samsunspor is their focus. They constantly press high and apply intense pressure, but their defense is genuinely disciplined. Last night, we saw that—they held their defensive line together despite Rize’s aggressive starts. If we’re talking about the man of the match, it was definitely Nuri—he controlled the midfield, supported both attack and defense, and showed real leadership. And the energy? The Black Sea vibe was definitely in the stadium last night!
