First off, we gotta take Slovenia seriously, bro—they’re not some random team in this year’s Women’s Volleyball Championship. Last season’s performances showed they’ve got serious firepower in their attacks and solid block setups. Plus, Turkey’s dealing with injuries—if Alper, Eda, or Meliha can’t play, we’ll be under serious pressure in the middle block and on serves.
My focus is definitely on Eda Erdem—when she’s out there leading, she keeps the team’s morale high and makes a difference in the middle block. If we can hold the score while getting sudden attacks from below, especially if we can limit Williams’ hits, we’ve got a real shot at winning this. Honestly, Slovenia’s serves are pretty dangerous from my POV—they hit the ball hard and low, making it tough to pass before it crosses. We gotta stay sharp on that.
