What settings/methods are you using to get the best results in 3D printing? For example, what are your thoughts on technical parameters like layer height, print speed, temperature values? What do you do to reduce surface roughness? Are there people with different approaches than yours? I'd love to hear if you share.

I usually set the layer height between 0.1mm - 0.2mm; while finer layers are great for smoothness, they do extend print time. I keep the print speed around 50-60mm/s—too slow can cause residue buildup, and too fast leads to errors. Temperature depends on the material, but I generally use 200-210°C for PLA and 230-240°C for PETG. To improve layer adhesion, I set the bed temperature to 60-70°C for the first layer, which helps reduce warping risk. For post-processing, I lightly sand or use an alcohol-based spray (if available) to reduce roughness. Another tip is using a brim, which helps with edge neatness—I highly recommend it.
