Which feature of a smart band is most worth prioritizing has always been a hot topic of discussion. Some people think "activity tracking" is the most important, such as step count, heart rate, and sleep quality; others believe "battery life" is the core, because charging every day is too much hassle; while some feel "smart notifications" are more practical, like call alerts and message push notifications. Which feature do you think is most worth prioritizing? Why?

I mean, compared to my current Samsung S25, a smart band is like comparing a watch to pants—they’re not even playing in the same league. The S25 goes all out on big screens, high refresh rates, AI photography, and maxed-out battery life, trying to cram in *everything* a screen can possibly display. But a smart band, weighing just a couple hundred grams, is all about lasting days without a charge, so its core mission is to *nail a few key metrics*—and nothing else. If I had to pick just one thing, I’d say sleep quality and heart rate monitoring are the most practical. How many hours you sleep, how well you sleep, and how your heart behaves during the day—those are the real health codes of your day, more fundamental than call alerts. Battery life matters, sure, but most mainstream bands can go two or three days on a charge anyway. Meanwhile, the *sleep tracking* feature in activity data often reveals your true state better than logging a few extra kilometers.
