This way, I can quickly identify which days my sleep quality dropped and determine whether it was due to stress, caffeine intake, or environmental noise. If you want to make your sleep analysis more accurate, I’d recommend staying relatively still for 30 minutes before wearing your smartband to let the sensors stabilize. Also, enable "Auto Sleep Detection" on your phone and sync all your alarm settings—this allows the band to automatically detect your sleep and wake times, avoiding errors from manual logging. Even if you don’t want to log your sleep manually every night, you’ll still get reliable reports.
