Smartwatches seem to be everywhere these days—heart rate, blood oxygen, notifications, replies, workout tracking… the list of features goes on. But do you really need one? The only things I use daily are the time and step count; the rest of the features I barely remember to check once a month, like a like notification. And wearing one to sleep just makes me paranoid that some sensor will flag me as "sub-healthy." It always feels like a bad value for money, but then I worry I’m missing out on some cutting-edge tech. So, how many people actually use 80% of the features?
Is a smartwatch even worth buying? I guess not anymore.

那我这种新手应该买智能手表吗?有没有人能分享一下日常用的最多的功能是什么?
