Recent studies show that more and more smartwatches now come with sleep-tracking features. The idea is tempting: you put the device down at night and get a detailed analysis in the morning of sleep phases, interruptions, and recovery values. However, there are voices that question the accuracy of such data—especially with cheaper models. What do you think about this? Do you use these features or do you prefer classic methods? I'm interested in your experience, even if it's just rough estimates.

You also see this with fitness trackers, especially when counting steps: the cheaper models are often off by 10–15%, while premium smartwatches like the Apple Watch or Garmin are more accurate. Still, mid-range models are good enough for a rough overview.
