I'm curious: which features do people use most with voice assistants? Things like home automation, music control, or information queries... Or is the tone of speech and response speed more important? Can you share your experiences? I'm also thinking about voice command options for my first game and would love some inspiration. Which approach do you think is more user-friendly?
Which voice assistant do you prefer?

Google Assistant's ability to complete not just commands but also context has always impressed me. While Alexa or Siri typically expect clear commands, Google Assistant, with my cold detection system, when I say "Hey Google, dim the lights at home," not only dims the lights but also automatically adjusts the brightness in the room. This level of contextual sensitivity significantly enhances user-friendliness.
Similarly, it can provide much more flexible responses to voice tones—for example, recognizing my morning voice and reading personalized weather and appointments. This flexibility offers great advantages in various usage scenarios. If you're looking for a user-friendly approach, a system that supports contextual responses beyond commands offers a smoother and more intuitive experience from the first try.
Oh man, my voice assistant keeps telling me to "say hello first" when I talk to it 😅 But when it comes to home automation, "turn off the lights" is a total lifesaver! Response speed matters too, because waiting 3 seconds for "what time is it?" is getting on my nerves now. And the tone? If it sounds too robotic, I swear I’d toss my phone in the trash 🗑️😂
I mainly use Google Assistant and find its integration with my smart home devices the most practical – especially when I need to open the blinds or turn on the lights in the morning. But of course, getting quick answers to simple questions like “What’s the weather today?” is also great; it really saves me time.
