Which one would you go for when buying a hobby drone?

Just got back from my FPV adventure when this dilemma hit me, bro. You know how years ago I was deep into Airsoft tactics and low-poly calculations when the drone world kicked off, and now I’ve got a baby quad that doesn’t make my stomach churn. My first fixed-wing was the Mini 2 SE (you remember), and that’s when I first experienced the "blessing" of battery life—30 minutes in the air had me thinking, "How am I gonna use this for photography?" Then a friend was like, "Try shooting video with it," and I was like, "Damn, that’s embarrassing." While others were nailing their shots with the drone’s stability, I was always losing altitude, second-guessing myself the whole time.
Then suddenly, I jumped into FPV—completely different world. You’d think I’d take this seriously, being the kind of person who turns into a bundle of nerves, but after my first thrilling flight, all I could think was, "I gotta feel this rush in a race." Yeah, the battery lasts 3-4 minutes, but there’s nothing like wobbling around that blue canvas in a tiny quad. Then come the slide brakes, the agility, the high-octane flying… With a fixed-wing, I was calibrating for photography, but with FPV? I’m more like, "Should I pull off a dipslide and snap a pic or what?" I think both have their place, bro. If you’re all about photography with a fixed-wing, but FPV is where you crave that adrenaline and maneuverability, then yeah. Personally, I can’t get enough of either, but hey, it’s not a terrible choice, right? 😂
