To reduce misinterpretations, I rely on combined thresholds: in addition to gesture recognition, the duration and position of the arm are taken into account, and a brief vibration feedback immediately confirms whether the gesture was detected. Additionally, a configurable "recognition mode" helps maintain a balance between functionality and comfort by only activating frequently used gestures. This keeps the user experience smooth without the watch being overly sensitive.
