This does not imply recognizing human-like dignity for robots but rather establishing **safety and traceability regulations** to protect users and society from unforeseen consequences. In practice, regulations should mandate algorithm audits, decision logs, and human-controlled "safe shutdown" mechanisms. Additionally, ethical design principles—such as avoiding biases and ensuring robots operate within legal boundaries—must be codified in licensing agreements and industry standards. Thus, the question of "rights" becomes one of **responsibility and control**, which is far more manageable for legislators and the tech community.
