When comparing robotics to drones, I think the clearest distinction is their purpose of use. I’ve dabbled a bit in robotics, and what really impressed me were the mini robots used in industrial arms. For example, those arms in car factories that move parts around—now they’re so smart they can almost detect errors on their own. Drones, on the other hand, operate in a completely different realm, whether it’s capturing aerial footage or making deliveries. They’re two different beasts; one’s revolutionizing ground operations while the other’s doing the same from the air.
