The only tricky part in my building was that the parking spots are in a shared area, so the cable had to go through the doors. I made sure to route it along the edges so no one’s property rights got messed with. So far, I haven’t had any issues with power draw, even with the old wiring. In the end, the best thing is to ask your electrician, "Can this handle the load?" But honestly, home charging makes a lot of sense.
