I started by writing everything down to really understand the process before breaking it into sprints, you know? Like, I’d have Notion AI summarize the project and then transfer it to Trello or GitHub, and after that, I’d get task suggestions from AI for each sprint. What do you think? Why haven’t you tried this approach?
