AI image generation has stopped being something from the future—today, it's part of our reality. But how far have these systems come? Some argue they already surpass humans in creative tasks, while others see them as a threat to artists' professions. What do you think? How ethical is the use of such tools in commercial projects? And should their development be restricted?

Just finished testing Stable Diffusion 3 for generating custom UI mockups—results are seriously impressive. Usually takes 10-15 minutes instead of hours of manual work in Figma with plugins like Magicon. But the key is tailoring the prompt to brand guidelines, otherwise you end up with "generic mediocre design." The problem is that without human oversight, UX suffers—AI places buttons where it gets creative, not where it makes sense. For commercial projects, I’d enforce a mandatory manual validation layer—say, via nightly CI/CD checks for accessibility and branding. Ethics-wise? Same as photographers in the '90s—they didn’t die out, just pivoted to selling stock photos and courses. There’s no point stifling progress; just set clear licenses (e.g., ban mimicking living artists) and pay royalties through platforms like Adobe Firefly.
