Man, if we look at the difference between GPT-4 and GPT-3.5, GPT-5 could make a similar leap. Like, when GPT-3.5 first came out, it was at an elementary school level, GPT-4 bumped it up to high school level, so GPT-5 might be able to give responses that sound more natural at a university level.
