I get that Wi-Fi 6E is newer, but can someone explain the core difference in how they work? Is the improvement just about more channels, or is there something deeper under the hood? Also, does it make sense to upgrade only if my devices fully support 6E, or are there real-world benefits even without that?

Thanks for starting this thread—helps clarify things for a lot of us.
Still not convinced if the bandwidth jump justifies the price bump outside of niche setups.
