I'm planning a medium-sized API service in Node.js and want to hear how you usually structure the project, manage configuration, handle async errors, and set up testing pipelines. Do you prefer a layered architecture, feature folders, or something else? How do you keep the codebase maintainable as it grows? Any tips on dependency injection or logging strategies? Looking for general patterns rather than library-specific tricks. Appreciate your experiences and recommendations!
