Depends on your workflow, but I skipped Windows 11 personally and only rolled it out on my secondary workstation because the main dev box is Linux. Back in 9 when I migrated my personal admin rig from Win10 → Win11 just to test the new Start menu, the first thing that bit me was the combined search/task view panel—used to jump to a specific file with Win + S instantly, now it surfaces ads and OneDrive results first. Had to drill back into settings for three reboots before I could disable “Show search highlights” and “Cloud content” so it behaved like the old Win10 search. On the upside, the new virtual-desktop gestures finally forced me to actually use desktops instead of stacking everything on one screen. Once I got used to Ctrl+Win+Left/Right the switch-over became muscle memory in two weeks. If you live in Outlook+Teams all day or need the freshest security patches without rolling your own WSL build, the upgrade is probably worth the fifteen minutes tweaking the UI. Otherwise, stick to Win10 LTSC and automate the boring admin bits with a Python script—I’ve got a bot that rewrites the same group-policy JSON every patch Tuesday so I never touch the GUI.

换还是不换，这个问题得具体看手里的设备和工作流程。我去年 Win11 正式版刚放出来就升了主力笔记本，2020 款的轻薄本；UEFI + TPM 2.0 没毛病，安装过程像 Win10 一样顺滑，唯一得改习惯的就是任务栏居中默认开 + 强制默认浏览器 Edge（当然首先能改回左对齐，Edge 也能换 Chrome）。实际用了半年才适应，记得开始几天老按错任务栏图标。 在性能上倒没感受到卡顿，16 GB 内存 + 512 GB SSD 组合足够；游戏端的话，Win11 对 DirectX 12 Ultimate 和 Auto HDR 的支持确实比 Win10 更成熟。安全层面的 VBS、HVCI 等默认开着确实增加了一点点系统开销，但 ransomware 防护效果明显。对大多数普通用户来说，如果硬件符合要求，Win11 的好处还是大于“折腾系统”；如果还在用旧硬件（特别是没有 TPM 2.0）或者做专业音视频剪辑——Win10 LTSC 更稳定。
